Crispy Baked Ranch Wings

I found a recipe for Ranch Wings on foodnetwork.com, and changed them up a little to make them healthier and less labor-intensive.  These are baked, and turned out amazingly crispy and delicious.  These are BY FAR my favorite wing recipe that we have made at home!!  You seriously need to try these!!  Seriously!  Do it.

Ingredients:
2 pounds chicken wing drummettes
3 1-ounce packets ranch dressing mix
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
Freshly ground pepper
2 large eggs
1/4 cup Frank's hot sauce
1 cup Ranch dressing or Greek yogurt
Toss the wings with 1 packet dressing mix, 1 teaspoon pepper, 2 eggs, and 2 tablespoons water in a gallon size Ziploc bag.  Refrigerate for about an hour.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Spray a cookie sheet with cooking spray.

Whisk the flour and 2 packets dressing mix in a large bowl.  Dredge the wings a few at a time in the seasoned flour. Transfer to the cookie sheet.

Spray the wings with cooking spray.  Bake for 30 minutes, then flip the wings and bake for an additional 30 minutes until the wings are browned and crispy.

Combine the hot sauce and Ranch dressing or yogurt in a bowl.  Serve with the chicken wings for dipping!
